"Cooking Light" celebrates 25 years at Hot and Hot Fish Club Oct. 8 | Events
"Cooking Light" is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special dinner at Hot and Hot Fish Club Monday Oct. 8 at 6 p.m.
James Beard award-winning chef Chris Hastings will prepare a 12-course menu of "Southern specialities done 'Light'" paired with Back Forty Beer.
Admission to the event is $100 and a portion of the proceeds will benefit FoodCorps, a national charity that gives children access to real, healthy food.
